Over a million children in India under five die every year from preventable causes. Of the kids who survive, about one in three will be malnourished. Over 35,000 women die in child birth every year.

Ashok previously set up and headed the India operations of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He also led McKinsey’s India Operations. He serves on the board of PHFI and was Menschel Senior Fellow at the Harvard School of Public Health. He was educated at St. Stephen’s College, Delhi School of Economics and IIM, Ahmedabad. Ashok serves on the boards of the Public Health Foundation of India and CARE-India

With over 20 years of experience in management of large scale service delivery programs, fund raising and donor management Priyadarshini played key roles in establishing office of Marie Stopes International India and global partnership at Naandi Foundation
